I have no data feed.

I have renewed my SC usage fee today but I have no data feed. Why has this happened ?

My account number is AC133021.

I previously had SC with Daneli and CQG for rooting.

Please come back to me on how to get the feed back up. This is really annoying with continued disruption..

Your exchange selection in the Denali Exchange Data Feed failed to renew on April 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account.

To reactivate the exchange, go to the Recurring Services page (or select the link below and login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password) and scroll to the bottom and select the button that states "Reactivate Exchange" next to the exchange you want to reactivate.
