Hello. I am getting this error when trying to trade 1 contract of QMK21: I contacted the broker (edge clear) and they said it is an error on the Sierra side. Probably you are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol with this symbol. Alright, I updated it but I got the same error again. However, the trade gets placed anyway and for some reason the P/L lines don't show up or show open positions. I am trading off CLK21 and setting it so that orders are routed to QMK21. When I was on server side simulation, it would show me my open position on both CL and QM. Now it only shows on QM. I decided to start from 2 new intraday charts for CLK and QMK so all the chart settings are reset. I followed the instructions here for using Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier properly: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) On my CLK chart my Price Display Format is 0.01 and Tick Size is 0.0250000 Real-Time Price Multiplier is 0.01 Historical Price Multiplier is 0.01 Currency Value Per Tick is 10 On Advanced Settings 3 I have Trade And Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier set to 0.001 On my QMK chart, my Price Display Format is 0.001 and Tick Size is 0.025000 Real Time Price Multiplier is 0.001 Historical Price Multiplier is 0.001 Currency Value per Tick is 12.5 What am I missing in order to trade QMK direct from my CLK chart? Ok. I re-checked my settings and they are all correct .. I haven't yet tried it on Live but please see this screen capture I took of a SIM trade. Orders on SIM open and close instantly, and the DPL is an insane number. Then if I uncheck "Use As Trade Only Symbol", the orders don't close instantly, but there are no lines connecting the open and close price of the position. https://youtu.be/gHkB_Wo4esU See screenshot for the loss line going all the way down to $5 for QM: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1618281547877.png I also uploaded a trade activity log so you can see the instant closure of the trade at a price that never happened during that time frame. There may very well be problems with this kind of configuration with Trade Simulation Mode. We would have to analyze that. It has only been verified to work with live trading. So you cannot use this kind of configuration with Trade Simulation Mode. This is not anything we are going to support. There is already way too much complexity in this already.
