Hello, today i had missing data for 25 minutes for several assets. i tried to "delete and download data" and "edit/download data - intraday chart" and "download current version", but still the result is the same. What could be done to solve this issue? Furthermore, "waiting to download historical data" appears for an unusually long time. here is the image http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1617774813713.png

If you have already tried to redownload the data, then you would need to ask TransAct about their data.

We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Refer to the information here:

ok, thx, but their support recently does not reply. Do you know whats happening with them, are they closing down?
In the setup instructions there are many introducing brokers provided. But do you know who has the lowest deposit amount? For transact i use micro account and deposit was 1000$, but in the past, i know (if not mistaken) with AMP it was possible to have 200$ account and to have working sierra charts, is that still possible? I trade FX, but im interested in sierra charts and futures volume.

We do not keep track of the account minimums with the brokers. Other user's would have to give you that information.

There was a problem we had today, with historical data for Transact and this has been resolved. This was an issue on the Sierra Chart side. Not with Transact.
