Hi, I've just set up the: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed - 46USD/ Month as well as the "3. CME non-professional top-of-book" Exchange package. The "Data/Trade Service Settings" have been set to "SC Futures order Routing/Data [trading]", then successfully connected with the green confirmation. Then when I open my NMQ21-CME [CBV-D] 1min and Renko charts, there is no price movement or data coming through. What have I done wrong, do I need a different package somewhere? I've restarted the charts, and the 1min and renko bars catch up to the time I open the charts but then there seems to be minimal price movement and the bars don't rollover to the next minute, something is not right. Thanks |

That is not the correct symbol for the SC Order Routing Service. The easiest thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And then the symbols will be automatically translated when you open the Chartbook. Hi, I've updated to the current version of Sierra Charts and reset the symbol to MNQM21_FUT_CME by going through the symbol search feature, still the data remains semi-static, the price bar just sits there not rolling over. What else do I need to do? |

The CME Group is closed from 16:00 to 17:00 CDT. So you will not be getting any data right now. Wait until after 17:00 and see what happens.

Hi John, Just re-opened the charts, now the price is moving but its delayed by 10min even though I've got the Data/Trade Service Settings set at SC/TT Futures Order Routing, is there something else I need to change? Thanks |

Actually the bars have stopped rolling over even though there is price action happening. Seems the bars freeze while I see the price changing along the vertical price column??

Hi, This is getting so frustrating! Ever since the switch from Ninjatrader to Dorman was done nothing is working! I see the price moving on the vertical axis bar but the candles are just frozen. I've gone through all of topic 3 and went through the other help suggestions but its still the same issue. How do I revert back to the settings I had with Ninjatrader? This has been an absolute waste of time. Why can't someone go into my account and see what the problem is instead of directing me to help pages? |

Even when I change the Data Setting to SC Data All services, update the symbols, the same problem happens with the frozen bars and price still moving in the vertical axis.

Here is the problem: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled
Therefore, you were getting delayed data, but what you were seeing was that the historical data had downloaded, therefore it was showing you a price from 10 minute prior. Do the following: 1. Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then click on the No beside the entry for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to change it to a Yes. 2. Select OK to close that window. 3. Select File >> Disconnect 4. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed. You should be all set.
