Missing data on Cumulative Delta and price data

Hi please see attached photos of missing data.

The first pic shows no cumulative delta info. It resets every time I open Sierra chart. This has only started happening after April began a week ago.

The second pic shows missing price data. This also started recently in April.

I have done all this (Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data) and it did not fix it.

I am using AMP futures (CQG account) and the Denali data feed. Suddenly it is saying that I am a professional here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed
I am not a professional. I dont know if these issues are linked.

Can you please assist?

We do not see the exact reason why, but the issue is that the exchange that you had active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on April 1, 2021.

You can reactivate the exchange by going to the following page and scrolling down to the bottom and then selecting the button that states "Reactivate Exchange" next to the exchange that you had previously had active.

Thanks, It was to do with signing agreements and being deemed a professional briefly.
