Stick with it, SC is the most powerful platform out there and worth the effort to learn. Lots of layers on that onion for sure but it's powerful. See what they can do with this I am sure between AMP and SC it will work out. And they are working on new things that will be even better, you can read the stickies about all that. |

To increase the number of market depth levels, refer to: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels The default will be 100 but you can increase this. Please do the following for us: - Make the active chart, the one for which you are not getting all the Market Depth Data. - Select File >> Open Market Depth Window - Scroll to the bottom of that window - Tell us the numbers that are in parentheses next to the words "Total" (i.e. you will see "Total (xxx)", we need the number represented by the xxx). - Tell us the symbol of the chart. Then please do the following: - Again, make sure you have the active chart as the one that has the market depth issue. - Select Chart >> Chart Settings - Select the tab for Advanced Settings 3 - Under "Maximum Market Depth Levels" (toward the bottom of the page), let us know if this is set to 100. This is taking so long because if everything is set as you say it is, then you should not be having this issue. So we are trying to figure out what is happening. There is nothing in your chart that is limiting the number of levels. We see over 1000 levels on the Bid side alone. Please verify that the phone number on your account is correct. i only paid 46$ and there was additional 10$ for data which they did't charged me yet you think thats the reason im not getting full depth?

Talked to customer. His Server Settings had the Maximum Market Depth set to 100. We set this to 0 and now he is getting all the data.
