I just added credit to my account to continue use of Sierra Charts. I was being billed through AMP previously for my Sierra Charts access. I am still fairly new to this but I tried to log onto Sierra Charts this morning to do some demo trading and I received a "Service Connection Error: Trade Account Not Assigned" I would like to continue use of Sierra Charts to demo trade and eventually resume live trading. Can you assist with this? |

You have your Current Selected Service still set to SC/TT Order Routing. AMP should have changed your account to be using CQG for your order routing, and they should have sent you login credentials for CQG. If you do not have these, then check with AMP to get them. Once you have your CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is complete, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to CQG symbols. After that, you will be all set to trade live with CQG and use Simulation mode for demo trading.
