Ok, this whole process is ridiculous. You will lose customers from Sierra Chart 100%. You have disrupted our trading for many users due to you force switching everyone to Denali and the whole TT fiasco. Great job guys! Now, I have a totally unusable trading platform as I can't even trade from my account anymore! I have AMP with CQG Routing with Denali Data, and now being connected to CQG WebAPI I am no longer receiving any live data! WHAT IS GOING ON? As paying customers we should not be forced to reconfigure connections to the broker and data feed every week / month. Need help to get my platform working again with live data or will ditch Sierra. |

Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.
