CQG Account, Want to get live Data Feed

Hi,

I have a CQG account and I translated all symbols to their symbol. But in my QuoteBoard it shows that there is no Volume.
And on my Market profile Window I get "Symbol is unknown"
Do I need to change my current service package? Or is there something wrong with my CQG account?
