Chart Data Not Updating (delayed) - US Equities Feed

Hi, I've subscribed to the US Equities feed. Signed releases. And, last week it looked like I was good to go. But today, I'm not receiving data again. It looks like I'm current on everything. No notices that I need to attend to anything. Within SC > File > Data/Trade Service Settings I have 'SC Data - All Services' selected. What am I missing? Thank you! |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Thanks. I've followed the instructions, and the symbol used is 'CEMI' I sent the log file via the 'Send For Analysis' option within Message Log referencing this message thread. |

For some reason the Vendor of Record (barchart) has tagged you as a Professional, although you have only signed up for the Non-Professional feed. We are checking with them on this for you.

barchart has updated your status to Non-Professional, so you should be good now and receiving the real-time data for the U.S. Equities.
