I currently trade through TD Ameritrade. I purchased the Denali Data Feed package but now am unclear on what I need to do to get the CME live feed. I am looking to get the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" but am unclear if I can or not. It seems my broker is not supported so is there a solution for me?

Looking through the info it seems the best answer for me is to get the "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account" since I am primarily trading e-mini? Is that correct? If I wanted to switch brokers which one is most popular with Sierra Chart users?

First, we do not support TD Ameritrade. So you it looks like you already figured out that you would need to have an account with a broker that supports on of the Trading Services we do support in order to qualify for the Non-Professional Exchange Fees. Also take a look at the following solution to get an account to qualify for the Non-Professional requirement: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service If you do not have an account we can verify then you would need to get the Professional exchanges and the "CME E-Mini for Professionals and users without a trading account" would be the most logical. The symbols that are available are those that are associated with the GLOBEX, you can see the list here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Futures#gblx For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
