Can anyone advise on how to color bars based on the volume of the opening bar only?

If the volume of any bar within the daily session is greater than that of the opening 30 mins, color the bar a different color. As you can see in the image there are 3 bars I've highlighted.

Use the Spreadsheet Study study:
-Set the Chart Region to 1
-Give it a name in the Spreadsheet Name field
-Set the Draw Style of K(SG1) to Ignore
-Set the Draw Style of L(SG2) to Color Bar
-Press OK and OK
On the spreadsheet, use these formulas:
cell K3:
=IF(INT(A3)>INT(A4),F3,K4)
cell L3:
=F3>K3

This assumes the first bar of the day (date) is also the opening bar.

A somewhat related question.

Is it possible to color price bars based on the volume per bar weighted by buyers or sellers dominating the volume of the bar?

Also I'd like to be able to set different volume levels to scale the color of the bars.

For example, long bar up to 1000 in volume remains black; next bar long bar and volume is between 1001 and 2000 colors light green; next bar long bar and volume is greater than 2001 and less than 3000 and colors a darker green etc. to a max level of greater than some amount that colors dark green. Then opposite for short side. With volume levels adjustable.

Maybe 5 volume ranges for coloring/ shading the bar in each direction long/short colors.

Thanks
