Dear Support,

As you can clearly see from the receipt below, only ten business days have expired since I last renewed my Sierra Chart platform. Hence, I should be able to trade for at least another twenty from what I gather. It doesn't make sense that I'd have to pay to renew my account after only ten days of useage. So I would appreciate it if you wouldn't charge me again until the end of April. Around April 29 would equal another twenty business days. NOTE RECIEPT for last payment below.
