I'm connected to my live trading account all the time, don't even turn on the stimulation mode. I don't understand this anymore. You have recommended to me in the past to open an account with AMP Futures in order to avoid these kind of problems, everything was fine for a year or so and now all of a sudden there are problems??? Also the instructions say that I have to go to global setting>>data/trade service setting and set the service to my Trading service, but there is no AMP futures in the drop down menu, so what do I choose??

AMP would have set you up with either CQG or Rithmic for your trading service. You would need to know which of these you are setup with and have the login information for your account with that service.

If you are setup with CQG, then you would follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to the CQG account:
