Common Chart Stops Not Functioning

Recently switched to use of CQG Web API for backend trade routing (Amp broker). Have only worked in sim to test new set up. Trade stops are not firing, whether placed from DOM, from form that comes up when I "right click" on trade chart, or the pre-set stop placed when order is made through the Chart Trade Window. Including today, have tried to resolve for past 3 days without SC support help. |

FYI: The non-operative stops issue was due to a '0' value in the "Number Of Stored Time And Sales Records" in the new SC "Data/Trade Service Settings Window". Restoring that record to '5000' immediately resolved the issue. |
