Hello, My account has been labeled as a professional account for exchange data. I am not a professional, how do I go about changing this so I can access the correct pricing on my exchange fees? |

kuov222: You filled out the agreements for the CME Group stating that you were a Professional. If you need to change it, then you need to redo the Agreements. You can access the CME Group agreements here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Just keep in mind that in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you have to have a funded futures trading account. And we ask for that trading account information in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. The main thing is if you are listed by the FINRA as a professional trader. Secondarily, if you are trading with someone else's money, then you are a professional. Otherwise, you are a non-professional. Basically, if you have to ask, then you are most likely not a professional.
