I have just logged in for the first time using cqg trade routing with amp global. And even though I login to sierra charts using my sub-account number ******A, once I'm logged into sierra and look at my account and attempt to trade... It only shows my primary account ****** and the $0.00 balance that is current amount in the primary ****** account. But, it does not show my sub - account (******A) that I actually logged into, and thus doesn't show the balance for that account. |

Both accounts should be available within the Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for how to change the active trading account: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) And on the Trade Activity Log you can select the account that is displayed or all of them. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Trade Account Filter If the other account is not showing there, then you would need to check with your broker to ensure that both accounts are accessible through the one CQG login. Thank you for the response. But, those suggestions do not work. When I click on the account option in the Chart Trade Window, the only option that comes up is "123619". The other account does not show up anywhere within the software, except on the Login screen. I'm logging in to the 123619A account, but only options for 123619 are available once I'm logged in. |

Then you need to check with your broker on why both accounts are not accessible. Whatever accounts are available through the login you use to your trading account is what Sierra Chart will make available to you.
