I have access to Sierra Chart through Ontotrade on package 11 and my intraday data isn't being properly uploaded. I have history only for the current symbol for Nasdaq and S&P futures (history back to 3/14/21). I have tried to correct this issue but am at a loss.

You have not setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the real-time data from us. Are you setup to get the data from CQG?
