Hello sir. I opened an account with Transact futures. I would like to connect it with sierrachart, if it's possible. My Sierrachart package is 11 evaluate advanced package. Thank you Best regards |

Follow these instructions: 1. Within your Sierra Chart software go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings. 2. Select the list item menu to the right of Current Selected Service and select the option for TransAct WS. If you need help working with that window and that particular item list, then refer to the following: Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options) 3. Select the A button to the right of the selection you just made. 4. New items should be displayed just below where you were for you to enter the Connection Type, Username, Password, and Account Name. Enter your TransAct information in those fields. 5. Set the other settings on that page as needed for your particular setup. 6. Select OK to close that window. You should be all set.
