I have active account, updated and paid additional amount for Denali #11. How do I change the Data/Trade Settings, currently have CQG.

Why do you want to change your Service settings? There is no reason to change those as long as you are wanting to place trades through CQG.. And you are getting your data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
