hi this morning i came across this problem i opened my charts but they didn't load , so i went and made a payment to sierra on thinking that payment was the issue however my charts are still not loading ?

Everything in your account looks good. What exactly is happening? What do you mean by "they didn't load"? Are they not opening, are you not getting new data? Are you able to see existing data from previously?
