i paid for 6 months of data and wont let me activate my account

whats going on? I paid for 6 months of data and now you want more money? I want to activate my data and it tells me to renew my account? please help Now that everyone is purchasing data through you guys...wouldnt it be helpful to have active help either through a telephone or chat window. Your customer support is very lacking |

The only money being requested is for the Exchange Fees for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Those are paid monthly. In your case, you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the exchange, so it has been deactivated for your account. To reactivate it, add funds to your account from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit And then go to the following page and scroll to the bottom where you will see the exchange listed and a button to the right that states Reactivate Exchange.
