Study for High and Low of a Candlestick?

Is there a study that will draw horizonal lines for the high and low of a 15 minute candlestick each time it is formed on the chart?

We are assuming that it is a 15 minute chart, so you are wanting the lines on every bar. To do this you would use two of the Study Subgraph Reference and set one to reference the Main Chart Graph High and the other the Main Chart Graph Low. Then set the Draw Style for the subgraphs to Dash.
