I just want to see if I understand right, I am a non-professional trader and I have advanced package active, but I want to have a real-time data feed. I need to have an account to one broker who is already collaborating with you(from that list found in Sierra Chart platform > File > Data/Trade Service Settings), I work now with TeleTrade and I have an account and history with them, is there any possibility to use that trading account? If not, lets say I am making an account with IB and then, after I deposit money I only need to go here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SCOrderRoutingServiceTradingAccountAssignmentRequestForm And make that request? And after that, I can purchase real-time data feed from CME through My account? Thank you! |

TeleTrade is NOT a futures broker, therefore you can not use that account in order to verify you have a futures trading account to get the non-professional fees for the CME Group. You can use Interactive Brokers to validate your non-professional status. But Interactive Brokers does not support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. They have their own order routing. If you were to use IB, then you would use the following instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to IB: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions After you have done the above with IB, then you can setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you will qualify as a non-professional.
