DTC in multi-server mode does not send Historical Data Reuqest

I had my code working when SC was set as DTC SubInstance. However I had to change it to DTC Service (see discussion: Market statistics with non-SC data feeds) and now I am not receiving HistoricalDataRequest after logon response, it goes straight to MarketDataRequest My current LogonResponse: OrderCancelReplaceSupported = 0, MarketDepthIsSupported = 0, MarketDataSupported = 1, Integer_1 = 0, TradingIsSupported = 0, OCOOrdersSupported = 0, MarketDepthUpdatesBestBidAndAsk = 0, SecurityDefinitionsSupported = 0, HistoricalPriceDataSupported = 1, ResubscribeWhenMarketDataFeedAvailable = 1, OneHistoricalPriceDataRequestPerConnection = 0, BracketOrdersSupported = 0, UseIntegerPriceOrderMessages = 0, UsesMultiplePositionsPerSymbolAndTradeAccount = 0, Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-29 21:02:54
