I have updated the RIM folder based on this thread: Trial with OneUp Trader But my data keeps connecting and disconnecting all the time. I have sent the Message Log for Analysis. It may be because my Sierra was through AMP, but as we are going to be charged straight by you, I imagine we can solve this, right? What can I do? |

All we can tell you is that there is the following in your Message Log: Rithmic Trading | Message from server: Server Alert: Trading System Connection Login Failed. Result text: "permission denied"

The Message in DTC Bridge Server: "Listening socket (776). Port 64731 | Closed. Has nothing to do with my Sierra account belonging to AMP? I thought it was, because in 2019 when I tried to use TOPSTEP it did not work with my amp account as well. I had to use my own. |

The limitations on what service you can use your Sierra Chart with are no longer valid. This changed with the change to paying for your Sierra Chart directly to us.

That is all there is with regards to the Rithmic Bridge. Rithmic has written a new interface for Sierra Chart and we are starting testing with it. We do not have a timeframe for when this will be available, but the good news is that it is in test.
