I noticed that Sierra does not now allow me to start on a 2nd computer and receive CQG Web API data anymore.

I am using a separate data source, CQG, provided by AMP Futures, on which I pay a 2nd exchange fee to the CME.

This is in addition to the fees and exchange fee I pay for the Denali feed.

Could you enable Sierra to let me run the 2nd instance on a separate PC?

Thank you.

Precisely what do you mean by this:
I noticed that Sierra does not now allow me to start on a 2nd computer and receive CQG Web API data anymore.

If you cannot connect to CQG, that is CQG not allowing the connection.

You can certainly use Sierra Chart on two systems at a time. But CQG will only allow one per CQG username.

On the CQG instance, when I try to open a trading DOM on F.US.EPM21 (ES), I see no data on the ladder, and the message log reports:

SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferenDevices = 2 | 2021-03-28 21:18:41.306

I sent full message log for analysis, linking to this thread.

If you want to be able to receive the Denali Exchange Data Feed data on a second computer, then refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

If you are wanting to use the CQG data on that second computer instead of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then ensure that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No on that second computer.
