I am still on delayed data feed. I have subscribed to data feed service. I have opened an account with Ampfutures and funded the account. What needs to be done so both sierrachart and amp futures accounts get linked so that I could get realtime data. Thanks |

The account that you have posted from is NOT setup for any real-time data from us (Sierra Chart). Are you referring to data through the trading provider with AMP? It does no look like you have setup your system to connect to your trading provider. Did AMP set you up to use CQG? The first thing to do is to go through the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you finish the above instructions, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to CQG symbols. Are you setup to get your data from CQG as well, or are you wanting to get data from us (Sierra Chart)? If you are getting your data from CQG, then you should be all setup when you finish the above procedure. Just keep in mind that the historical data from CQG is limited.
