Hello I don't Understand. Was tt_order_routing.dtc.trading not supposed to have been on my account? What is tt_order_routing.dtc.trading? Should the issue have now been resolved now? Would I be able to login now?

Your exchange was not set to renew on April 1, so it did not. You can reactivate by selecting the following link and logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password (the same ones you use to login to your software) and scroll to the bottom of the page and select the button for Reactivate Exchange. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

No. So long as you have sufficient money credit on your account to renew the exchange, you do not need to manually activate it each month.

Hello, Can you please explain the reason behind the errors I'm receiving? I will be sending the message log through the Message Log. Is this effecting the system performance in anyways? These errors are new, never had them before. I understand that by saying NO to "Support Intraday And Market Depth Files Compression" in Advanced Service Settings removes the errors, but as per Sierra Chart recommendation that setting should stay YES. Thank you, |

You are running Sierra Chart in some kind of emulation environment, which is why you are getting those messages. You can ignore them, as this does not have any impact on your system, but you can set "Support Intraday and Market Depth File Compression" to "No" if you like, again, this will not make any difference to your system.

Thank you so much for the answer John. emulation environmen, does that mean that I'm using a 3rd party software to run a windows based program on my MacOS? I have been using Crossover to run Sierra Chart which is a Windows based program on my MacOS for the past 3 years, and this is the first time I'm getting this message. What do you think has changed if this is what you mean by emulation environmen. Thank you John. |

The emulation environment we are referring to is "Crossover". This is a program that allows you to run Windows executables on a MAC. You should have been getting those messages for years, but there may have been something that changed in relation to this that created the messages you are getting now. We are not certain if there was a specific change, as there are always a lot of changes occurring. Regardless, as we said, this does not impact the system at all, so you can ignore it.
