Bitmex XBTU21 has been missing from Sierracharts for the past few days and is still unavailable. It doesnt show in Symbol list and no datat is available for it when superficially selected by symbol alone

ETHM21 is also missing as are many other bitmex contracts. Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks for response, please advise once reset so I can check. The data is definitely available from Bitmex since I checked in other 3rd party applications and via api, but SC is the most important one to have available for me

Only 8 out of the 24 bitmex instruments are available in the symbol list. Please assist in resolving this as many people depend on SC to facilitate trading on this platform. Nothing really even comes close to the SierraCharts application for trading on bitmex and availability is crucial for many many people. Your help would be greatly appreciated

almost everything fixed, XBTU21 chart shows now, but historical download produces an error and fails, also current price does not update

We determined why not all of the symbols were available and this is resolved, but data collection only began for these additional symbols, as of today.
