Huh, is there any AMP alternative in the same price range? I only need realtime CME data for EURO/GBP/AUD/NZD futures. And if not, when do you estimate, that your CME routing service will be ready? Regards, |

We are not sure what you are asking about with this. If you are asking in terms of commissions and fees, you would need to ask AMP about the costs for CQG. In terms of data, the costs are going to be about the same. Hi John, so what I need is realtime CME market data for non-professionals (with volume and order flow). I am not executing orders via Sierra. Until now the solution was AMP live account and your Denali feed and data feed set to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. Now the AMP canceled support for Sierra chart routing so you had to delete AMP account ID from your sistems and I don't have realtime data anymore. How should I proceed from that point on, to get this data again? I still have AMP account, but I am not sure how to proceed to switch to CQG. Kind regards, Miha |

The first thing to do is to follow the instructions in the following post which has you change your Service to SC Data - All Services: Removal of TT Trading Accounts from Sierra Chart Accounts for AMP Users | Post: 259342 Once that is done, then you should be getting your Real-Time data again. -------------------------- The above will resolve your short-term issue. In order to resolve the long-term issue of having a trading account in order qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional CME Group exchange fees, you will need to get with AMP to get your account with them setup with CQG for order routing. Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow these steps to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, then you will need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change the symbols to CQG symbols.
