I'm an AMP customer and haven't been able to access data since last night. When I log onto to Sierra Chart I see a message in the log that says "SC Futures Order Routing/Data/Connection error. Trade account not assigned." I made a payment today for Sierra Charts and Delani services thinking this was part of the program but I'm still not connected. How do I access data now? Thanks.
