Data Feed and Order Routing Issues

I am subscribed to Denali Data Feed and was using TT for Order Routing. I changed my order routing to be placed through CQG because of the issues with TT. Now I don't have any data feed or Order Routing capabilities when logging into Sierra Chart. Thank you.

First, make sure you are on a current release. You can do this by selecting Help >> Download Current Version from within Sierra Chart. Follow through the steps on the Installer to install the update. Then you need to follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After that is complete, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change your symbols to the CQG symbols. Your exchange selection for the CME Group did not renew on July 1, 2022, therefore you are not setup to get any real-time data from the Denali data feed. Thank you. I changed my chart setting on my DOM to trade the E-mini SP500 from the E-micro SP500 but it is still showing up as trading $5 per point intervals in my P/L and NPL.

If you are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol, then you need to ensure that the Currency Value per Tick is set to the value needed for the "Trade and Current Quote" symbol.
