I went to AmP and they have change my password but still can’t log in. They said the issue is with Sierra. They even remotely logged in on my computer

Connection error message from service: CQG webApi | Market Data logon unsuccessful. Server message : username or password is incorrect

That is a CQG message and means that either the Username or Password that are entered in the Data/Trade Service Settings for CQG are incorrect.
