Sierra Chart Unresponsive

for a second instance, after LMAX changed my status from retail to professional enabling me for crypto trading, the software is not responsive. Directly from startup, it just goes non-responsive and has to be shut down. My other instance linked to my futures account has no issues whatsoever.

please let me know how to approach this issue.
