When I try to connect to data feed, I get the following failure message: "Connection error message from service SC/TT Future Order Routing connection error. Trade account not assigned" Please advise what I must do to address this error and connect to data feed. Thank-you Ed |

The reason this was done is explained here: Questions and Answers Regarding TT (Trading Technologies) and AMP What you need to do now is: Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services. And then translate the symbols for your Chartbooks with this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service This was because AMP removed the trading account from the TT system. This is an action in relation to what AMP did. Not Sierra Chart.
