Hello, today when I logged in to SC, my data feed won't load anymore, and when i try to connect to it, i get the message: Connection Error Message from service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Connection error: Trade account not assigned I have paid fot it, and it worked fine up till yesterday when I switched off SC I am on the TT order routing, using an AMP account which you guys connected the TT order routing to in the past. Didn't change anything on this setup, and now it suddenly stopped working .. HELP ! |

Refer to: Questions and Answers Regarding TT (Trading Technologies) and AMP For now: Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services. And then translate the symbols for your Chartbooks with this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service This was because AMP removed the trading account from the TT system. Thanks, I have changed the order routing with AMP to CQG and changed Data/Trade Settings to the web api of CQG, and all works well now. BR Remko |
