So currently I have a renewal date of 4-1 for my Denali Data Feed and a renewal of 4-8 for my SC package. I thought I read awhile back that I would automatically be switched over too the new package that fit my current one in March. It appears that did not happen on March 1. So instead of paying 46 I paid 56 for March. I am looking to switch to the MBO data feed so I am looking at going with package 12. But I am a bit confused as to when to do it since my renewal periods are different. DO I just renew on the 3-31 for the package 12 manual? Thanks for your insight in advance Doug |

We apologize that your account did not automatically switch. We have credited you the difference in what you should have paid, which is a $10.00 credit. We have also set the Denali Exchange Data Feed to NOT renew. You will continue to get the data through the end of the month. Then, what we need for you to do, is on April 1 change you Package selection to Package 12. You will do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices And then you will need to re-activate the "Full CME Group for Non-Professionals" exchange on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Note that you will only be charged for the exchange fee at that time. Your Usage Time will be adjusted for the difference in price for Package 12 versus Package 5. Just be aware that the renewal date will move in (fewer days), so you will need to have the funds in your account before that new date.
