I'm currently running CQG due to the AMP futures TT debacle. Can you help me please switch to your data feed (SC) as CQG Sucks. Tired of losing connection. Thanks Dan |

We see that you have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed and have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" active. So now I switched from CQG over to SC Futures data routing and my account balance is $7500 less than it should be, and my daily profit is at "0" ????? This is very frustrating......is there another step I need to do???? |

AMP futures tells me that CQG is the ONLY option tp route orders through SC.........

Yes, this is correct for AMP. If you want to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, you would need to change brokers. You will find a partial list of brokers that support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions If you are staying with AMP, then you will need to use CQG for order routing, but you can continue to get the data from us.
