I was using Denali and the free Package 3 through AMP. You quoted me $36/month for the new Package 10 (Denali and old Package 3). However, your renewal message indicates you will be charging me $46/month, which is for Package 11. Please correct my billing back to the $36 for Package 10. Thank you. |

This is because of the exchange fee which is 10.40. Contact AMP, and have them cancel any market data exchange fee they may be billing you. That does need to be paid directly to Sierra Chart. So AMP is only doing the commission side and SC is doing all the rest? Yes.
