Hello, I posted same mssg yesterday, but do not see the message, nor do I see a response. I Paid by credit card for 6 mos. last Sunday with my discover card, but under 'account control panel,' under the red banner: "Account Notes/Actions Required: it states "Your services balance of 0.00 USD is too low..." Not sure what to do. Should I pay again? Are you able to credit my account? Thank you, |

We do see your payment, but it was made to a different account than the one that you posted from. In other words, you have two accounts with us. We can take care of moving everything from the other account to the one that you posted from. Just let us know for sure that the posting account is the one that you are using and the other one is not being used.
