I have recently downloaded Sierra charts and uploaded some shared chartbooks for futures. I have chartbooks that do not show the correct updated timeframes in a few of the charts. I am hoping this can be resolved through remote assistance and a phone call. thank you. Jeff |

Customer had chartbooks downloaded from another source. He just needed to roll over the charts to the most recent contracts.
