I am [going to let AMP know about my issues with CQG] Been on support with them the last two days. Over the last two weeks CQG has cost me 2.7k in profits with outages and horrible slippage. Do you know where the trade activity log gets it's timestamp from? I am showing a trade that filled yesterday at 14:00:00.137 that isn't on the time and sales. |

We looked into this and in the case of CQG all of the timestamps in the Trade Activity Log are using your local computer clock. In our experience, this is not a reliable means to determine the order fill times. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
