Data not loading after symbol translate

I have just enabled CQG order routing and translated instrument symbols it went alright except ES doesn't show up any data. I tried to open a new chart but still nothing. Any thoughts?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Ok we see the issue you want data for the CME but you do not have the CME exchange active. How come they were available until now the last two month? CME group is not part of Denali data feed? I pay SC service package 11. How come I need to pay more now for data?

The only thing we can tell you is that you were not getting the real-time data for the CME Group from us. You never had any of the exchanges for the CME Group activated. You may have been getting the delayed data and thinking that it was the real-time data, or maybe you were getting the data from your trading service. You have, by the way, been setup to receive the EUREX data from us since February 12, 2021.
