Help needed to get my account live data reactive. I did make a payment to my account, but still not receiving live data. I am trading E-Mini S&P. I was receiving live trading charts up to 3-18-21. |

You are not setup to get Real-Time data from us (Sierra Chart). You should be getting your data from CQG. Have you checked with your broker to ensure that you are still getting the data from CQG?
