I am using a Keltner channel inside of a study subgraph difference. & I am referencing both inside of a study / alert spreadsheet. The keltner channel average works correctly. The Top band (multiplier) and Bottom band (mult) do not register correctly. Right now the top band reads 0 continuously, and the bottom band reads as the top band's values. I think the channel is set to load data to the wrong sub-collumns. (btw) Which spreadsheet study runs the fastest? alert study or 'study for trading' ? (rithmic if it matters) Thank you! -100 (Final btw) Is there a study which works similarly to keltner channel? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-04 14:15:22

We are not understanding the first question. And it is outside the scope of our support since it is an advanced usage question and we do not know exactly what you are doing. All the Spreadsheet studies work at the same speed. You could look at the Standard Deviation Bands study instead of Keltner Channel. Keltner Channel uses 3 columns in spreadsheets. The avg, the top band, and the bottom band. The Keltner average column registers the correct value, whereas the top and bottom bands do not. The top band column = 0, and the bottom band = the tops bands value. Does the Keltner channel load the top and bottom band data, into the wrong spreadsheet columns? Perhaps it is a specific issue... I am not sure. I hope this elaborates my question. |

Are you basing the Keltner Channel on another study? If so, and you are having a problem with that, we will not help with that.
