I'm sorry but I am really confused. I changed over everything to Sierra for direct billing including adding Dinali. I have activated everything and Dinali shows activated but I am still showing CQG when I look at the SC Data trade service window. I want to cancel all services through AMP and have everything setup with SC but I don't want to cancel until everything is active and running smoothly through SC. I am also not clear if my data feeds that I signed up for with SC retain the same pw's that I used with AMP futures? I'm thinking that they remain the same? Please advise |

First, Sierra Chart is not a brokerage. So if you want to leave AMP, then you will need to find a different broker to be able to place trades. Otherwise, you can stay with AMP and use CQG for your order routing. We just want to make sure you understand this based on your statement about "cancel all services through AMP and have everything setup with SC". That being said, if you are staying with AMP, then it is correct that your Service would show CQG. As to the passwords, they stay the same. ---------------- On a separate note - you have two Sierra Chart accounts. The one which you have logged into the Support Board with is expired. Your other one is active and has the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for it. Make sure you are logging into your Sierra Chart software using just the account that is active. This is the only account that I am aware of for SC. Did I get a new number when I setup to pay SC directly. Now I can see why I am so confused and feel like crying trying to figure this all out. I have really been trying to do it without putting in a support ticket. Can you please tell me what my account number is. Also, maybe that is why I have been so frustrated with my charts stalling constantly. |

Log into this Support Board with Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart. This is all you need to do to make sure you are using the correct account here. Your other account has sufficient credit on it to renew. So you are all set at this time. Nothing more you need to do now. Also, maybe that is why I have been so frustrated with my charts stalling constantly. We need to understand this better. Can you provide more of a description about it. For how long does this happen?
