I've been away from trading for the past several months. While I was gone I understand that there was a problem with AMP and the TT data/routing feed I'm currently subscribed to. As a result, I am not able to place any live trades with AMP. I believe I need to switch back to CQG data, but I'm a bit confused by it all. Can you assist me in getting my data feeds changed so that I am compliant with what AMP requires so that I can place live trades with them again? Thanks in advance. |

First, we want to point out that you are currently setup to get your data from us (Sierra Chart). We recommend continuing with your data from us. Given the above, you first need to talk to AMP and see if they have already switched you to CQG. If they have not, then have them do so. Once you get the credentials for CQG, then you will follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, you then need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update your symbols to CQG symbols. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
