Bonjour,

j`etais en SIM depuis 7 mois sur sierra chart, tout allait bien et maintenant que je passe en live, mon compte beug,,, bloque...

1/ j`ai paye hier 36 USD pour le pack 5 et j`ai signe l`accord d`échange EUREX qui a été accepte (mais quand j'essaye d'activer, vous me dite que l'accord n'est pas conclu)
ainsi je ne reçois aucun graphique, carnet d`ordres, market profil.

2/ de la part de mon broker (Philip Capital) tout es correct et CQG me fourni le DATA et Routage Eurex et CBOT.

3/ pouvez-vous activer mon compte ? ou me dire si j`ai fait une erreur de paiement ? je veux avoir accès a Eurex et CBOT.

1. You are on Package 5 and your account is fine in that regard. We do not know what the "EUREX swap agreement" is. We want to point out that you are not getting any data from us (Sierra Chart).

2. From what you state, you are getting your data from CQG.

3. Everything about your account looks like from our end, which is that you have Package 5, and it appears that you are supposed to be getting the data from CQG.

The only thing we can point you to is the Setup Instructions for CQG, to make sure that you have done all of the necessary steps. You will find these here:

After you complete the Setup Instructions, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This ensures that your symbols are using the CQG symbols. Refer to the following for more information:

thanks for answer, sorry it`s not `swap eurex` it`s `exchange agreements` i signed this exchange agreement, and when i clic on ACTIVATE, SC tell me than the exchange agreement have to be CONCLUDED , but it`s done already...

In order to get the EUREX data feed, you need to follow through these Setup Instructions:

You were skipping a few steps, in particular changing you Package in order to allow for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Make sure you go through each section of the instructions.
