Good evening, I am currently setup for access to CME data via AMP and equities data via Sierra Charts. However, my requirements have changed and I only require access to equities feed. Please advise the steps for disabling the CME feed. Thank you. |

The exchange has been set to not renew. On April 1, 2021 you will want to change your package to Package 5. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. You need to change to Package 5 on April 1 in order to stop the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will continue to get the U.S. Equities through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Package 5 is your Sierra Chart software package. You need to have a Sierra Chart Package in order to use the software at all. Package 5 is the Advanced Package, so you could go to Package 3 if you do not need Package 5. I see. So if I opt for Package 3 instead of Package 5, will I still be able to access equities feed and the market profile charts?

You will still have access to the U.S. Equities. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is not dependent on the Package. The Market Profile does require the Advanced Package (Package 5). Good Morning! I just bought the 26usd package but apparently it only has delayed feed. I need the real-time feed as reference for my trade. is it feasible to convert it to the 36 usd package,the one with denali exchange since I'll only trade CME. or is it possible to get a cancellation and refund on the 26 usd so I can purchase the 36usd package?thank you

You can change your package at any time, and only your End-Date adjusts, you do not need to make any payments. But, since you are looking to add the Denali Exchange Data Feed, just go through the Setup Instructions and it will tell you when to change your Package.
